תהילים 66

לַמְנַצֵּחַ שִׁיר מִזְמוֹר הָרִיעוּ לֵאלֹהִים כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ׃

Lamnatzei'ach shir mizmor. Hari'u lElohim kol ha'aretz.

For the leader. A song. A psalm. Raise a shout for God, all the earth;

זַמְּרוּ כְבוֹד־שְׁמוֹ שִׂימוּ כָבוֹד תְּהִלָּתוֹ׃

Zamru chevod shemo, simu chavod tehilato.

sing the glory of His name, make glorious His praise.

אִמְרוּ לֵאלֹהִים מַה־נּוֹרָא מַעֲשֶׂיךָ בְּרֹב עֻזְּךָ יְכַחֲשׁוּ לְךָ אֹיְבֶיךָ׃

Imru lElohim ma nora ma'asecha, berov uzecha yechachashu lecha oyvecha.

Say to God, "How awesome are Your deeds, Your enemies cower before Your great strength;

כׇּל־הָאָרֶץ יִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְךָ וִיזַמְּרוּ־לָךְ יְזַמְּרוּ שִׁמְךָ סֶלָה׃

Kol ha'aretz yishtachavu lecha vizamru lach, yezamru shimcha sela.

all the earth bows to You, and sings hymns to You; all sing hymns to Your name." Selah.

לְכוּ וּרְאוּ מִפְעֲלוֹת אֱלֹהִים נוֹרָא עֲלִילָה עַל־בְּנֵי אָדָם׃

Lechu ur'u mif'alot Elohim, nora alila al bnei adam.

Come and see the works of God, who is held in awe by men for His acts.

הָפַךְ יָם לְיַבָּשָׁה בַּנָּהָר יַעַבְרוּ בְרָגֶל שָׁם נִשְׂמְחָה־בּוֹ׃

Hafach yam leyabasha, banahar ya'avru veregel, sham nismecha bo.

He turned the sea into dry land; they crossed the river on foot; we therefore rejoice in Him.

מֹשֵׁל בִּגְבוּרָתוֹ עוֹלָם עֵינָיו בַּגּוֹיִם תִּצְפֶּינָה הַסּוֹרְרִים אַל־יָרוּמוּ לָמוֹ סֶלָה׃

Moshel bigvurato olam, einav bagoyim titzpena, hasorrim al yarumu lamo sela.

He rules forever in His might; His eyes scan the nations; let the rebellious not assert themselves. Selah.

בָּרְכוּ עַמִּים אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְהַשְׁמִיעוּ קוֹל תְּהִלָּתוֹ׃

Barchu amim Eloheinu, vehashmi'u kol tehilato.

O peoples, bless our God, celebrate His praises;

הַשָּׂם נַפְשֵׁנוּ בַּחַיִּים וְלֹא־נָתַן לַמּוֹט רַגְלֵנוּ׃

Hasam nafshenu bachayim, velo natan lamot raglenu.

who has granted us life, and has not let our feet slip.

כִּי־בְחַנְתָּנוּ אֱלֹהִים צְרַפְתָּנוּ כִּצְרׇף־כָּסֶף׃

Ki vechantanu Elohim, tzeraftanu kitzeraf kasef.

You have tried us, O God, refining us, as one refines silver.

הֲבֵאתָנוּ בַמְּצוּדָה שַׂמְתָּ מוּעָקָה בְמׇתְנֵינוּ׃

Hevetanu vametzuda, samta mu'aka vemotneinu.

You have caught us in a net, caught us in trammels.

הִרְכַּבְתָּ אֱנוֹשׁ לְרֹאשֵׁנוּ בָּאנוּ־בָאֵשׁ וּבַמַּיִם וַתּוֹצִיאֵנוּ לָרְוָיָה׃

Hirkavta enosh lerosheinu, banu va'esh uvamayim, vatotzi'enu lervaya.

You have let men ride over us; we have endured fire and water, and You have brought us through to prosperity.

אָבוֹא בֵיתְךָ בְעוֹלוֹת אֲשַׁלֵּם לְךָ נְדָרָי׃

Avo veitcha ve'olot, ashalem lecha nedarai.

I enter Your house with burnt offerings, I pay my vows to You,

אֲשֶׁר־פָּצוּ שְׂפָתָי וְדִבֶּר־פִּי בַּצַּר־לִי׃

Asher patzu sefatai, vediber pi batzar li.

[vows] that my lips pronounced, that my mouth uttered in my distress.

עֹלוֹת מֵיחִים אַעֲלֶה־לָּךְ עִם־קְטֹרֶת אֵילִים אֶעֱשֶׂה־בָקָר עִם־עַתּוּדִים סֶלָה׃

Olot meichim a'ale lach im ketoret eilim, e'ese vakar im atudim sela.

I offer up fatlings to You, with the odor of burning rams; I sacrifice bulls and he-goats. Selah.

לְכוּ־שִׁמְעוּ וַאֲסַפְּרָה כׇּל־יִרְאֵי אֱלֹהִים אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה לְנַפְשִׁי׃

Lechu shim'u va'asapra kol yir'ei Elohim, asher asa lenafshi.

Come and hear, all God-fearing men, as I tell what He did for me.

אֵלָיו פִּי־קָרָאתִי וְרוֹמַם תַּחַת לְשׁוֹנִי׃

Elav pi karati, veromam tachat leshoni.

I called aloud to Him, glorification on my tongue.

אָוֶן אִם־רָאִיתִי בְלִבִּי לֹא יִשְׁמַע אֲדֹנָי׃

Aven im ra'iti belibi, lo yishma Adonai.

Had I an evil thought in my mind, the Lord would not have listened.

אָכֵן שָׁמַע אֱלֹהִים הִקְשִׁיב בְּקוֹל תְּפִלָּתִי׃

Achen shama Elohim, hikshiv bekol tefilati.

But God did listen; He paid heed to my prayer.

בָּרוּךְ אֱלֹהִים אֲשֶׁר לֹא־הֵסִיר־תְּפִלָּתִי וְחַסְדּוֹ מֵאִתִּי׃

Baruch Elohim asher lo hesir tefilati vechasdo me'iti.

Blessed is God who has not turned away my prayer, or His faithful care from me.
