תהילים 114

בְּצֵאת יִשְׂרָאֵל מִמִּצְרָיִם בֵּית יַעֲקֹב מֵעַם לֹעֵז׃

Betzet Yisrael miMitzrayim, beit Ya'akov me'am lo'ez.

When Israel went forth from Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange speech,

הָיְתָה יְהוּדָה לְקָדְשׁוֹ יִשְׂרָאֵל מַמְשְׁלוֹתָיו׃

Hayeta Yehuda lekodsho, Yisrael mamshelotav.

Judah became His sanctuary, Israel His dominion.

הַיָּם רָאָה וַיָּנֹס הַיַּרְדֵּן יִסֹּב לְאָחוֹר׃

Hayam ra'a vayanos, haYarden yisov le'achor.

The sea saw and fled, the Jordan turned back.

הֶהָרִים רָקְדוּ כְאֵילִים גְּבָעוֹת כִּבְנֵי־צֹאן׃

Heharim rakdu che'eilim, geva'ot kivnei tzon.

The mountains skipped like rams, the hills like lambs.

מַה־לְּךָ הַיָּם כִּי תָנוּס הַיַּרְדֵּן תִּסֹּב לְאָחוֹר׃

Ma lecha hayam ki tanus, haYarden tisov le'achor.

What is with you, O sea, that you flee? O Jordan, that you turn back?

הֶהָרִים תִּרְקְדוּ כְאֵילִים גְּבָעוֹת כִּבְנֵי־צֹאן׃

Heharim tirkedu che'eilim, geva'ot kivnei tzon.

O mountains, that you skip like rams? O hills, like lambs?

מִלִּפְנֵי אָדוֹן חוּלִי אָרֶץ מִלִּפְנֵי אֱלוֹהַּ יַעֲקֹב׃

Milifnei Adon chuli aretz, milifnei Eloha Ya'akov.

Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,

הַהֹפְכִי הַצּוּר אֲגַם־מָיִם חַלָּמִישׁ לְמַעְיְנוֹ־מָיִם׃

Hahofchi hatzur agam mayim, chalamish lema'yeno mayim.

who turns the rock into a pool of water, the flinty rock into a fountain.
