תהילים 103

לְדָוִד בָּרֲכִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת־יְהוָה וְכָל־קְרָבַי אֶת־שֵׁם קָדְשׁוֹ׃

LeDavid barchi nafshi et Adonai, vechol keravai et shem kodsho.

Of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul, all my being, His holy name.

בָּרֲכִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת־יְהוָה וְאַל־תִּשְׁכְּחִי כָּל־גְּמוּלָיו׃

Barchi nafshi et Adonai, ve'al tishkechi kol gemulav.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and do not forget all His bounties.

הַסֹּלֵחַ לְכָל־עֲוֺנֵכִי הָרֹפֵא לְכָל־תַּחֲלוּאָיְכִי׃

Hasole'ach lechol avoneki, harofe lechol tachalua'ychi.

He forgives all your sins, heals all your diseases.

הַגּוֹאֵל מִשַּׁחַת חַיָּיְכִי הַמְעַטְּרֵכִי חֶסֶד וְרַחֲמִים׃

Hagoel mishachat chaya'ychi, ham'atreki chesed verachamim.

He redeems your life from the pit, surrounds you with steadfast love and mercy.

הַמַּשְׂבִּיעַ בַּטּוֹב עֶדְיֵךְ תִּתְחַדֵּשׁ כַּנֶּשֶׁר נְעוּרָיְכִי׃

Hamasbia batov edyech, titchadesh kanesher ne'ura'ychi.

He satisfies you with good things in the prime of life, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

עֹשֵׂה צְדָקוֹת יְהוָה וּמִשְׁפָּטִים לְכָל־עֲשׁוּקִים׃

Oseh tzedakot Adonai, umishpatim lechol ashukim.

The LORD executes righteous acts and judgments for all who are wronged.

יוֹדִיעַ דְּרָכָיו לְמֹשֶׁה לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עֲלִילוֹתָיו׃

Yodia derachav leMoshe, livnei Yisrael alilotav.

He made known His ways to Moses, His deeds to the children of Israel.

רַחוּם וְחַנּוּן יְהוָה אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וְרַב־חָסֶד׃

Rachum vechanun Adonai, erech apayim verav chased.

The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love.

לֹא־לָנֶצַח יָרִיב וְלֹא לְעוֹלָם יִטּוֹר׃

Lo lanetzach yariv, velo le'olam yitor.

He will not always contend, He will not rage forever.

לֹא כַחֲטָאֵינוּ עָשָׂה לָנוּ וְלֹא כַעֲוֺנֹתֵינוּ גָּמַל עָלֵינוּ׃

Lo chachata'einu asa lanu, velo cha'avonoteinu gamal aleinu.

He has not dealt with us according to our sins, or requited us according to our iniquities.

כִּי כִגְבֹהַּ שָׁמַיִם עַל־הָאָרֶץ גָּבַר חַסְדּוֹ עַל־יְרֵאָיו׃

Ki chigvoha shamayim al ha'aretz, gavar chasdo al yere'av.

For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His steadfast love toward those who fear Him.

כִּרְחֹק מִזְרָח מִמַּעֲרָב הִרְחִיק מִמֶּנּוּ אֶת־פְּשָׁעֵינוּ׃

Kirchok mizrach mima'arav, hirchik mimenu et pesha'einu.

As far as east is from west, so far has He removed our sins from us.

כְּרַחֵם אָב עַל־בָּנִים רִחַם יְהוָה עַל־יְרֵאָיו׃

Kerachem av al banim, richam Adonai al yere'av.

As a father has compassion for his children, so the LORD has compassion for those who fear Him.

כִּי־הוּא יָדַע יִצְרֵנוּ זָכוּר כִּי־עָפָר אֲנָחְנוּ׃

Ki hu yada yitzrenu, zachur ki afar anachnu.

For He knows how we are formed; He is mindful that we are dust.

אֱנוֹשׁ כֶּחָצִיר יָמָיו כְּצִיץ הַשָּׂדֶה כֵּן יָצִיץ׃

Enosh kechatzir yamav, ketzitz hasadeh ken yatzitz.

Man, his days are like those of grass; he blooms like a flower of the field;

כִּי רוּחַ עָבְרָה־בּוֹ וְאֵינֶנּוּ וְלֹא־יַכִּירֶנּוּ עוֹד מְקוֹמוֹ׃

Ki ru'ach avra vo ve'einenu, velo yakirenu od mekomo.

a wind passes by and it is no more, its own place no longer knows it.

וְחֶסֶד יְהוָה מֵעוֹלָם וְעַד־עוֹלָם עַל־יְרֵאָיו וְצִדְקָתוֹ לִבְנֵי בָנִים׃

Vechesed Adonai me'olam ve'ad olam al yere'av, vetzidkato livnei vanim.

But the LORD's steadfast love is for all eternity toward those who fear Him, and His beneficence is for the children's children

לְשֹׁמְרֵי בְרִיתוֹ וּלְזֹכְרֵי פִקֻּדָיו לַעֲשׂוֹתָם׃

Leshomrei verito, ulezochrei pikudav la'asotam.

of those who keep His covenant and remember to observe His precepts.

יְהוָה בַּשָּׁמַיִם הֵכִין כִּסְאוֹ וּמַלְכוּתוֹ בַּכֹּל מָשָׁלָה׃

Adonai bashamayim hechin kis'o, umalchuto bakol mashala.

The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His sovereignty rules over all.

בָּרֲכוּ יְהוָה מַלְאָכָיו גִּבֹּרֵי כֹחַ עֹשֵׂי דְבָרוֹ לִשְׁמֹעַ בְּקוֹל דְּבָרוֹ׃

Barchu Adonai mal'achav, giborei choach osei devaro, lishmo'a bekol devaro.

Bless the LORD, O His angels, mighty creatures who do His bidding, hearkening to the sound of His word.

בָּרֲכוּ יְהוָה כָּל־צְבָאָיו מְשָׁרְתָיו עֹשֵׂי רְצוֹנוֹ׃

Barchu Adonai kol tzeva'av, mesharetav osei retzono.

Bless the LORD, all His hosts, His servants who do His will.

בָּרֲכוּ יְהוָה כָּל־מַעֲשָׂיו בְּכָל־מְקֹמוֹת מֶמְשַׁלְתּוֹ בָּרֲכִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת־יְהוָה׃

Barchu Adonai kol ma'asav, bechol mekomot memshalto, barchi nafshi et Adonai.

Bless the LORD, all His works, through the length and breadth of His realm; bless the LORD, O my soul.
