תהילים פרק קי״ו

אָהַבְתִּי כִּי־יִשְׁמַע יְהוָה אֶת־קוֹלִי תַּחֲנוּנָי׃

Ahavti ki yishma Adonai et koli tachanunai.

I love the LORD, for He hears my voice, my supplications.

כִּי־הִטָּה אָזְנוֹ לִי וּבְיָמַי אֶקְרָא׃

Ki hita ozno li, uveyamai ekra.

Because He has inclined His ear to me, I will call upon Him as long as I live.

אֲפָפוּנִי חֶבְלֵי־מָוֶת וּמְצָרֵי שְׁאוֹל מְצָאוּנִי צָרָה וְיָגוֹן אֶמְצָא׃

Afafuni chevlei mavet, umetzarei She'ol metza'uni, tzara veyagon emtza.

The cords of death encompassed me, the straits of Sheol came upon me; I found trouble and sorrow.

וּבְשֵׁם־יְהוָה אֶקְרָא אָנָּה יְהוָה מַלְּטָה נַפְשִׁי׃

Uvshem Adonai ekra, ana Adonai malta nafshi.

Then I called on the name of the LORD: 'O LORD, save my life!'

חַנּוּן יְהוָה וְצַדִּיק וֵאלֹהֵינוּ מְרַחֵם׃

Chanun Adonai vetzadik, vEloheinu merachem.

The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is compassionate.

שֹׁמֵר פְּתָאיִם יְהוָה דַּלּוֹתִי וְלִי יְהוֹשִׁיעַ׃

Shomer peta'im Adonai, daloti veli yehoshi'a.

The LORD protects the simple; I was brought low and He saved me.

שׁוּבִי נַפְשִׁי לִמְנוּחָיְכִי כִּי־יְהוָה גָּמַל עָלָיְכִי׃

Shuvi nafshi limnuchaychi, ki Adonai gamal alaychi.

Return, O my soul, to your rest, for the LORD has been good to you.

כִּי חִלַּצְתָּ נַפְשִׁי מִמָּוֶת אֶת־עֵינִי מִן־דִּמְעָה אֶת־רַגְלִי מִדֶּחִי׃

Ki chilatzta nafshi mimavet, et eini min dim'a, et ragli midechi.

For You have rescued my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.

אֶתְהַלֵּךְ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה בְּאַרְצוֹת הַחַיִּים׃

Ethalech lifnei Adonai be'artzot hachayim.

I shall walk before the LORD in the lands of the living.

הֶאֱמַנְתִּי כִּי אֲדַבֵּר אֲנִי עָנִיתִי מְאֹד׃

He'emanti ki adaber, ani aniti me'od.

I trusted even when I said, 'I am greatly afflicted.'

אֲנִי אָמַרְתִּי בְחָפְזִי כָּל־הָאָדָם כֹּזֵב׃

Ani amarti vechofzi, kol ha'adam kozev.

I said in my alarm, 'All men are liars.'

מָה־אָשִׁיב לַיהוָה כָּל־תַּגְמוּלוֹהִי עָלָי׃

Ma ashiv laAdonai, kol tagmulohi alai.

What can I repay to the LORD for all His bounties to me?

כּוֹס־יְשׁוּעוֹת אֶשָּׂא וּבְשֵׁם יְהוָה אֶקְרָא׃

Kos yeshu'ot esa, uvshem Adonai ekra.

I will raise the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD.

נְדָרַי לַיהוָה אֲשַׁלֵּם נֶגְדָה־נָּא לְכָל־עַמּוֹ׃

Nedarai laAdonai ashalem, negda na lechol amo.

I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people.

יָקָר בְּעֵינֵי יְהוָה הַמָּוְתָה לַחֲסִידָיו׃

Yakar be'einei Adonai hamavta lachasidav.

Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His faithful ones.

אָנָּה יְהוָה כִּי־אֲנִי עַבְדֶּךָ אֲנִי־עַבְדְּךָ בֶּן־אֲמָתֶךָ פִּתַּחְתָּ לְמוֹסֵרָי׃

Ana Adonai ki ani avdecha, ani avdecha ben amatecha, pitachta lemoserai.

O LORD, I am Your servant, I am Your servant, the son of Your maidservant; You have loosed my bonds.

לְךָ־אֶזְבַּח זֶבַח תּוֹדָה וּבְשֵׁם יְהוָה אֶקְרָא׃

Lecha ezbach zevach toda, uvshem Adonai ekra.

I will offer to You the sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD.

נְדָרַי לַיהוָה אֲשַׁלֵּם נֶגְדָה־נָּא לְכָל־עַמּוֹ׃

Nedarai laAdonai ashalem, negda na lechol amo.

I will pay my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people,

בְּחַצְרוֹת בֵּית יְהוָה בְּתוֹכֵכִי יְרוּשָׁלָיִם הַלְלוּ־יָהּ׃

Bechatzrot beit Adonai, betocheki Yerushalayim, Halelu-Yah!

in the courts of the house of the LORD, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Hallelujah!
